GradedFolio is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how the app handles your data.

Data Collection

GradedFolio does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All data stays exclusively on your device.

Local Storage

The app stores the following data locally on your device using IndexedDB:

• Your profile name, currency preference and settings
• Portfolio items (names, grades, grading companies, search queries)
• Price history and portfolio value snapshots
• Item images cached from eBay listings
• App settings (language, sound, quality)

This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to anyone else.

eBay Data

GradedFolio fetches publicly available listing data from eBay to display current market prices for your collectibles. This includes:

• Active "Buy It Now" listing prices
• Listing titles for keyword matching
• Listing thumbnail images for item display

This data is fetched on-demand when you search for prices and is processed entirely on your device. No eBay data is stored on external servers. GradedFolio is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay Inc.

Advertising

GradedFolio displays banner ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can manage ad preferences in your device settings. No personal data from the app is shared with advertisers.

No Tracking

GradedFolio does not use cookies, analytics tools, or proprietary trackers beyond the ad SDK. Your portfolio data is never transmitted externally.

Offline Functionality

All portfolio management features work offline. An internet connection is only needed to fetch eBay prices and load advertisements.

Data Export & Deletion

You can export all your data as a JSON file at any time via Settings. You can also delete all data permanently from the Settings page.

Third-Party Libraries

GradedFolio uses Three.js for 3D rendering. This library runs entirely in your browser and does not transmit any data.

Children's Privacy

The app does not knowingly collect data from children. Since no personal data is transmitted, there is no risk of children's data being shared.

Financial Disclaimer

GradedFolio provides estimated market values based on current eBay listings for informational purposes only. These values are not guaranteed, may not reflect actual sale prices, and should not be considered financial advice. GradedFolio is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on the data displayed.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the changes will be reflected in the app's next update.
