By accessing or using GradedFolio ("the App") you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
GradedFolio is a portfolio tracker for collectibles — graded and raw trading cards (Pokémon, Magic, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Digimon, Gundam, Union Arena and more), plus video games, consoles, comics and other collectibles. It shows estimated market values from public eBay listing data, offers AI-assisted card scanning, optional cloud sync, a shareable showcase, and an integrated shop.
The App has a free tier with limited features and an optional PRO subscription ($2.99/month or $24.99/year) that unlocks unlimited AI scans, cloud sync, premium themes, showcase sharing and deeper insights. PRO payments are handled by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, and subject to their terms.
PRO users create an account with an email, username and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and must not share your account or use someone else's. A recovery code is provided at sign-up — keep it safe, as it is the only way to reset your password.
PRO users can sync data across devices. We take reasonable measures to protect your data (encryption in transit and at rest), but are not liable for loss due to outages, technical failure or causes beyond our control. Please export your data regularly as a backup.
PRO users can generate a temporary 24-hour public link. By creating it you consent to making the included collection data publicly viewable for 24 hours. You are responsible for what you share; GradedFolio is not responsible for how others use shared data.
Your data is stored on your device and, for PRO users, optionally in the cloud. We do not sell personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
All values shown are estimates from current eBay listings. They are not guaranteed, do not reflect guaranteed sale prices, should not be your sole basis for decisions, and may differ from real prices. GradedFolio is not a financial-advisory service.
AI card scanning uses image recognition and is best-effort; results may be inaccurate. Verify scanned data before relying on it.
The Shop shows eBay listings via an affiliate program; links contain affiliate tags and GradedFolio may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Availability, pricing and shipping are set by eBay sellers, outside our control.
All design, code and branding of GradedFolio belong to the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part without written consent. Card images, grading-company logos and listing data belong to their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes only.

The App relies on a small number of trusted providers — including eBay (market data & shop), our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy), and secure cloud-hosting and AI-processing partners. Use of these is subject to their own terms.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the App, including data loss, financial loss or interruptions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law; disputes are resolved through appropriate legal channels.
