By accessing or using GradedFolio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
GradedFolio is a web-based portfolio tracker for graded collectibles (trading cards, comics, video games). The App provides estimated market values based on publicly available eBay listing data, AI-powered card scanning, cloud sync across devices, a 3D showcase feature, and an integrated eBay shop.
The App offers a free tier with limited features and an optional PRO subscription ($2.99/month or $24.99/year) with enhanced features including unlimited AI scans, cloud sync, premium themes, public showcase sharing, and AI insights. PRO subscriptions are processed by LemonSqueezy, Inc. and are subject to their terms of service.
PRO users create an account with an email address, username, and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. GradedFolio is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. A recovery code is provided at registration — keep it safe, as it is the only way to reset your password.
PRO users can sync portfolio data across devices via GradedFolio's cloud servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data (encryption at rest and in transit), GradedFolio is not liable for data loss due to server outages, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. We recommend regularly exporting your data as a backup.
PRO users can generate a temporary 24-hour public link to share their collection showcase. By creating a share link, you consent to making your collection data (item names, grades, images, and optionally prices) publicly accessible to anyone with the link for 24 hours. You are responsible for the content you share. GradedFolio is not responsible for how others use or distribute your shared collection data.
Your portfolio data is stored locally on your device and, for PRO users, optionally in the cloud. GradedFolio does not sell or share personal data with third parties. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
All market values displayed in the App are estimates based on current eBay "Buy It Now" listings. These values:
GradedFolio is not a financial advisory service and bears no responsibility for investment decisions made based on displayed data.
The AI-powered card scanning feature uses image recognition to identify graded collectibles. Results are best-effort and may not always be accurate. Users should verify scanned data before relying on it.
The Shop section displays eBay listings via the eBay Partner Network. Product links contain affiliate tracking parameters. GradedFolio may earn a commission on purchases made through the Shop at no extra cost to you. Product availability, pricing, and shipping are determined by eBay sellers — GradedFolio has no control over these.
All content, design, code, and branding of GradedFolio are the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without prior written consent.
Trading card images, grading company logos, and eBay listing data are the property of their respective owners. GradedFolio displays this data under fair use for informational purposes only.

The App integrates third-party services including eBay (market data and shop), eBay Partner Network (affiliate program), LemonSqueezy (payment processing), Neon (cloud database), and Cloudflare Workers AI (image recognition and AI insights). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
GradedFolio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, or service interruptions.
While PRO users benefit from cloud sync, GradedFolio is not responsible for data loss due to device failure, browser data clearing, server issues, or any other cause. We strongly recommend using the Export feature in Settings to regularly back up your portfolio data.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
